Gold Star Property Restoration has implemented the following policies and procedures.

• When scheduling services and appointments, Gold Star will ask questions regarding the general health and possible exposures to illness of those individuals staff will be expected to interact with in person.
• If an individual within the home/business seems sick upon arriving at a job site, staff will politely remove themselves from the job site and services will be rescheduled.
• If an employee seems sick upon arriving to work, that individual will be sent home.
