Last week, it was our pleasure to present a $2,000 check to the Troy Police and Fire Benevolent Foundation (TPFBA), an organization that provides financial assistance to families of public safety officers and other residents of Troy, Michigan. The $2,000 donation was raised through our company’s Family Fun for Charity event, which took place at Jaycee Park on Saturday, August 26.
“At Gold Star, old-fashioned business values are the cornerstone of our company,” said Steven Burzynski, president, Gold Star Property Restoration. “When we come to work each day, our top priority is delivering compassionate, responsive service to those in need. Our $2,000 donation to the Troy Police and Fire Benevolent Fund is not only an extension of our commitment to helping our neighbors rise above the unexpected, it’s also a token of our company’s appreciation for the brave men and women who dedicate their lives to protecting ours.”
Gold Star Property Restoration’s Family Fun for Charity event featured family-friendly attractions, including face painting, games and prizes, and a kids craft area and bounce house.
